Providing General Pre-Listing and Pre-Purchase Home Inspections. While most homes do not have major material defects, some do and may not be recognized by the current owner or potential buyer. This, along with deferred maintenance issues that can be identified through inspection, may mark a property as a possible "money pit" for the purchaser. FHIA will provide an unbiased third-party overview of the current condition of the property for General Pre-Listing or Pre-Purchase clients. This approach allows the Pre-Listing client to make needed repairs ahead of time so that defects won't become negotiating stumbling blocks, and for the Pre-Purchasing client, an inspection reduces the chance of unpleasant surprises post-escrow.
Our General Residential Inspection includes drone deployment, thermal imaging and moisture meter readings, and ZipLevel foundation readings when needed, at no additional charge. Using Modern technology and techniques we will thoroughly inspect your home and provide you with a detailed full color interactive digital inspection report of it’s present condition within 24 hours after inspection. This is a visual inspection of the major systems in the home including roof covering, exterior siding, windows, doors, decks and balconies, attic, foundation, exposed framing, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, all interior rooms and bathrooms, and more. We also provide a FREE 96 page Home Maintenance Book as a courtesy at the conclusion of your inspection.
