ANNUAL BUILDING MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS

One of our many services that we offer HOA's and Property Management Companies, is an Annual Building/Property Maintenance Inspection.  These are designed as a comprehensive visual examination of commercial properties and Multi-Family properties, that are performed in accordance with InterNACHI's Commercial Standard of Practice (ComSOP). They offer a professional third party inspector's insight into the condition of a property, both structural components and common area components, dealing with life and safety items, functionality and deferred maintenance issues. Inspection is made of, but not limited to, structural components, roofing, cladding, electrical, plumbing, foundation, hardscape, landscape, drainage, and all common areas, including sidewalks, driveways, walkways, pools, spas and clubhouses.  Annual inspections help HOA's and Property Management Groups to develop a plan of repair and maintenance, thus contributing to the value of the property and helping your clients to maintain and care for their property investment.  Our inspections can also be tailored to your clients specific needs.
